Pillars Behind Saraswati Vidhya Niketan Shiksha Samiti
Empowering Dreams: Mrs. Madhu Bala Tiwari and Mr. Mal Chand Sharma’s Journey to Transform Underdeveloped Education
In a small underdeveloped village where opportunities were scarce and dreams often stifled, lived a spirited young girl named Madhu Bala Tiwari. From a young age, Madhu observed the stark inequalities around her, particularly the limited educational opportunities available for girls. While boys in the village had schools to attend, girls were often left without formal education, their aspirations confined to household chores and early marriages.
Madhu’s dedication soon garnered support from local and regional authorities, including her husband, Mal Chand Sharma. Together, they envisioned and established Saraswati Vidhya Niketan, the village’s first school. The institution not only provided academic education but also offered programs on health, hygiene, and vocational training, ensuring
holistic development. Under their leadership, the Saraswati Vidhya Niketan Shiksha Samiti NGO expanded its reach, initiating projects aimed at women’s empowerment, youth development, and community welfare.
Today, MRs. Madhu Bala Tiwari and Mr. Mal Chand Sharma symbolize the power of education and determination. Their NGO has transformed the lives of countless girls and women, equipping them with the tools to shape their destinies. Their inspiring journey continues to motivate others to join the cause of social upliftment and empowerment, echoing a legacy of hope and opportunity in underdeveloped communities.
From Underdeveloped Beginnings to Empowering Thousands: The Journey of Er. Ranu Tiwari
In the quiet town of Tonk, Rajasthan, a determined 28-year-old woman, Ranu Tiwari embarked on a journey that would transform not only her life but also the futures of many young individuals. Starting as an Assistant Electrician Trainer at Learnet Skill Pvt Ltd in her hometown, she was thrilled and deeply connected with her 90 trainees. Her dedication and expertise led to their placements in various companies in Jaipur. Recognizing her potential, Learnet Skill Pvt Ltd referred her for a Training of Trainers (TOT) program in Mumbai at L&T Madh Jetty, where she earned her certification as a TOT in Assistance Electrician.
Facing numerous challenges in her underdeveloped area, she was driven by an ambition to empower others. Unlike many of her peers, she chose not to prepare for government jobs, believing in creating opportunities for others. Her commitment to skilling the younger generation led her to various roles, including Assistant Electrician Trainer at Don Bosco Tech Society in Delhi, thereafter Assistant Electrician Trainer in Ranchi with SGRS Academic Pvt Ltd, and Center Manager at CPIT Skill Pvt Ltd in Hanumangarh. Her journey came full circle as she returned to Mumbai for another TOA at L&T Madh Jetty, specializing in Construction Electrician.
With a vision to develop youth and empower women, she placed over 1,000 individuals in meaningful jobs, starting with her community and extending from Delhi to Ranchi. Being the only girl in her college pursuing this field, she was passionate about encouraging more women to join the profession. Driven by her ambition to see more women in the field of construction electrician, she now runs Saraswati Vidhya Niketan Shiksha Samiti Tonk, an NGO rooted in the educational values she inherited from her parents’ brainchild school, Saraswati Vidhya Niketan. Her story is a testament to her unwavering dedication to empowering the next generation through skill development and education.
